By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

VIIRL Lead Close is an autoresponder service designed to help businesses manage and automate their lead communication processes. The Service allows users to create, send, and manage communications to their leads and contacts.

3. Use of the Service
   1. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
   2. You must not use the Service to: a) Send spam or unsolicited messages b) Transmit any harmful or malicious code c) Infringe on any third-party rights d) Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activities
   3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
4. Content and Data
   1. You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
   2. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your content and the means by which you acquired it.
5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Intellectual Property

7. Billing and Payment
   1. Subscription billing for VIIRL Lead Close occurs on a recurring monthly basis, with the billing date corresponding to the date of initial sign-up.
   2. Customers will be billed every month on the same date as their initial sign-up. For example, if a customer signs up on June 5th, they will be billed on the 5th of each subsequent month until the subscription is canceled.
   3. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. Cancellation Policy
   1. To cancel a VIIRL Lead Close subscription, customers must submit a cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled billing date.
   2. Cancellation requests submitted on the day of or after the billing date will be processed and scheduled to cancel the service on the next billing date.
   3. To initiate a cancellation request, customers must either: a) Fill out the designated cancellation form provided by VIIRL, or b) Send an email to support@viirl.com with the subject line: “Lead Close Cancellation Request”
   4. Cancellation requests submitted through any other means will not be considered valid.
   5. Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, VIIRL will process the request and send a confirmation email to the customer, notifying them of the cancellation and the effective date of the cancellation.
   6. Customers will continue to have access to VIIRL Lead Close until the end of the billing period for which they have already been charged.
   7. Refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the billing period after a cancellation request has been processed.
9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes to the Terms or Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIIRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIIRL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
